Digital Marketing and Analytics Coordinator
Business-to-business web publisher, Networld Media Group, is looking for a web-savvy professional to coordinate its lead generation and site statistics programs for its 11 industry-leading websites, including ATMmarkeplace.com, DigitalSignageToday.com, FastCasual.com and MobilePaymentsToday.com. This person will work with team members to optimize our websites to generate and distribute leads and help clients optimize and nurture their marketing efforts. This individual will monitor and report on client web traffic statistics. This position requires a balance of creative marketing approaches and tactical execution of programs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, solve problems and work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining outstanding relationships with advertising partners
- Measuring client campaign data, analyzing campaign trends and recommending improvements to increase the effectiveness of client campaigns
- Optimizing lead generation campaigns by innovating and testing new marketing ideas and programs
- Monitoring, measuring and achieving clients’ ROI guarantees
- Work closely with inside sales team to deliver outstanding customer service to advertising partners and site users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of experience or equivalent
- Detail-oriented, possessing strong communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with demanding deadlines
- Experience with online marketing, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and data tracking and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Copywriting, graphic design and/or HTML skills are a plus

Online Video Producer (full time)
Networld Media Group is looking for a video producer to help our editors showcase their work to our increasingly video-hungry audiences. From doing the basic production of webcam-based interviews, to creating green-screen-based news roundups and working with on-location tradeshow coverage, the video wizard will have a wide range of opportunities to employ creativity and skill to help hundreds of thousands of potential viewers understand their industries better.
What you’ll do:
- Develop various small-studio productions with editors
- Schedule and produce online-video interviews and chats, such as with Skype and Google Hangouts
- Conduct field-based video production, which involves interacting with clients and operating all portable video and audio equipment, often in the context of a tradeshow
- Plan and perform video post-production tasks, which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, and editing using video editing software
- Create graphics to make use of green screen shots
- Use computer graphics and special effects
- Post completed videos to various sites and social-media channels, using social media skills to ensure maximum exposure for the work
- Creatively plan and translate abstract concepts into effective visual form
- Work with clients and talent to be comfortable in front of the camera
